This is what it takes to become an Ascender.

You are an excellent university student pursuing a degree at—or having recently graduated from—an Italian university.

You have a passion for business in tech (development of digital products, digital marketing, big data analysis, management of tech teams, digital innovation, etc.).

You’re among the very best students in your class or can otherwise prove an outstanding track record outside of academia.

You speak English fluently.

Selection process

A thorough selection process will ensure the exceptional level of all First Ascent participants. These are the evaluation steps you’ll go through after you apply. From logic problems to business cases, each step has been designed to get to know you and what you’re capable of.
